退款政策

We have a no return policy, which means you cannot return any items after receiving it as we cannot resell the perishable items. However, there are some exceptions:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pick up or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please ensure to take photos and send them to us info@anniemakescakes.com.au.

Refunds
If your item is approved for a refund due to damages, standard of quality has not been met or the item you received is the wrong item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
